I laughed my ass off for most of it.
Since today was the last day before Thanksgiving break Ondrea, Ali and I decided to go see the new Twilight Saga movie.
• After school (which was only a half day) we went over to the mall and got tickets (which was a matinee so tickets were cheaper).
• Ali for some odd/hilarious/great reason can’t say no to any of the people at the mall so she got her hands cleaned and they rubbed lotion on them and Ondrea and I were just laughing so hard because it took forever and they tried to force Ali to buy some of it.
• Hung out in Target for a while doing our thing. Got candy and drinks of course because it’s horrifically expensive at the movie theatre.
• We also stopped in at Bath and Body Works and like always the ladies tried to force us to try the new lotion, yada yada yada. Anyways I tried and holy jesus that stuff smells so damn good. We were all blown away. Literally it has shot up to one of my favorite scents (and I know my lotions well, I am quite picky). Anyways we didn’t get any because we thought yada yada yada we’ll come back after the movie.
• So we went into the movie and of course it was like date night (even though it was like 1) in there and that was hilarious and it was all the people we go to school with, that was funny in itself.
• But dear lord, I did not stop laughing at the movie as soon as it started, not to offend anyone or anything but oh my god, by far it was the worst/best movie they have created (I’m not a fan or anything, read the books though, yada yada yada you know that whole deal) but oh my god it literally seemed like the thing was a parody of it. Ali, Ondrea, and I were all dying. The acting, the scenes, all the “fancy” little effects and the fact that it was a higher budget made it even worse, and god damn anything with those dang wolves holy shit. It was hilarious, I haven’t laughed in a movie theatre over a movie this hard ever and I love that people call it so much better than the rest is just the icing on the cake. Oh my gosh.
• Anyways, once we left the theatre we were all in such a great mood, that we went back and decided to buy that delicious scent. So when we got in there they had a deal for buy 3 get 2 free so we thought, hey let’s just have one of us pay and then the other two will pay them back. ANYWAYS YOU KNOW. So we were talking it up with the sales lady and she called us cute and I don’t know she was just the best, and I actually broke one of the bottles but she said it was fine and then someone got it. Anyways, she was awesome, I am just going to become buddies with everyone that works there now because of her and I’ll eventually get a job there just to be a part of that. ANYWAYS. Ondrea also had a discount coupon for 10 dollars off any purchase of 30 or more, so when we rang up it was like 30.49 or something so we just BARELY got the discount. Which was so cool so really it cost each of us 6.50 and we all got a bottle and it was half lotion half of the glitter stuff and it was like 14 dollars each originally. SO WE SAVED AND THAT’S NICE AND GOD IT WAS WORTH IT. I WOULD’VE PAID 30 DOLLARS JUST FOR A BOTTLE (okay not really but it smelt phenomenal, you can’t put a price on that).
• Then we went over to Ondrea’s house and talked about the movie and we were laughing the whole time.
It was great. My stomach still hurts from laughing so hard, and I just had a wonderful time and I haven’t had that much fun in a long time. I love those gals, we need to go shopping more often together.
P.S. Since I was curious while I was typing the word “theatre” I kept thinking I spelt it wrong, but I googled it (of course) and it’s right. It’s just that some americans spell it theater and I always feel like I am spelling it wrong. I’m not, I am just spelling it a better way. Anyways, yeah. Theater looks lame compared to Theatre. That’s all.
