Merry Christmas.

Here was my Christmas. 

• I ended up waking up at 5 AM for no reason today and wrote. Not that was important but that was the first thing I did today. Blah blah blah. 

• Then I made biscuits and gravy and we all ate breakfast. It was very good.  

• After that we opened up presents, I got an awesome red leather jacket, the X-File poster I’ve wanted, a pasta maker (which was random but I am totally excited to make my own pasta now) and stuff like that… though there really was no connection but just assume it’s stuff I enjoy. Then my sister got me all of the Wes Anderson movies and she wrapped them in a Raisin Bran box and at first I thought that was my gift. (I absolutely love Raisin Bran cereal.) And for a split second I was disappointed but when I opened it up and saw the movies I got extremely excited. I’ve wanted to have the whole collection for such a long time now. I also got two coloring books and buttons Steeb did which is awesome because I love all of his stuff, he’s also my mom’s friend.

• Then me and my sister opened up this adorable vintage suitcase and inside was tickets to Barcelona. And just oh my god. Oh my god. I was absolutely not expecting that. My dad was going to go there for work and I completely thought he was just going to go but now my sister and I are coming along. I am so excited and we’re leaving on the 9th (maybe 10th?) so extremely soon which is awesome because we go back to school on the 3rd and then I go to school for a week and then I’m gone again for a week. Our hotel is right in the middle of practically everything and I don’t know, I am just kinda freaking out. So I don’t know if I even sound excited but believe me I am beyond freaking out about how excited I am to go. I can’t wait. I really can’t. Spain. Me. 

• The rest of the day we’ve spent it watching all of the Wes Anderson movies in chronological order. We’re currently watching The Life Aquatic. I’ve ended up taking a nap in each movie just because of how cozy I’ve been. 

And yeah, that’s been my Christmas. We didn’t get snow this year but that’s fine, it’s really been a great Christmas. Merry Christmas everyone, happy holidays and the whole shebang.
