Barcelona day two.

We actually went out and saw a ton of stuff today.

• In the morning we had breakfast at the hotel. I had some really good pineapple plus some other tropical fruit juice.

• Then we went over to the venue where my dad and everyone was doing some work so my sister and I ditched that to go to go out and go shopping. We went to the market there and that was super awesome and there was all the meats and things hanging up. They also had some amazing looking produce and cute little chocolates. Oh and there was this really crazy looking broccoli. I really wish I could stay here for like a month and stay in a little house or something so I could do a lot of cooking and getting things from the market.

• Also when we were there we checked out some of the shops and they are all super tiny and the architecture there was amazing to look at and you really feel super small when you’re around it because it’s all tall and elaborate and beautiful. It was amazing. Oh I also saw a ton of super cute little kids they couldn’t have been older than 5 all going on a field trip. They clung to each other’s jackets and it was just so adorable.

• After that we went back and then met up with our dad and everyone else and went to lunch and had some more tapas. It was really good.

• Then we went and checked out one of the Gaudi houses and oh my god inside it was crazy and amazing. It was literally like stepping into a fairytale castle. It’s was amazing. I ended up getting lost and was by myself for a while and I was kinda getting a little on edge because the place was just one huge maze and I ended up hitting like everything in like 10 minutes when I was by myself. But got with the group again so it’s all good.

• After that we went to the Picasso museum. That was awesome. They had it set up in a timeline so you really saw how his art changed and became more and more abstract as time went on.

• Also somewhere during this time we found this cute little candy shop called Happy Pills and you just filled a little pill bottle with whatever candies you wanted. And my god, I got the spiciest candy ever. I had no idea when I got them they were going to be so spicy. They sorta looked like they were going to be a strawberry thing because they were sorta shaped like a strawberry. But no. It definitely was not a strawberry. It was shaped like a chili pepper. It’s like the first few chews on it you think it’s kinda a cherry flavor but no. It gets hotter and hotter and hotter, and it’s not even a sweet spicy either it is just plan spicy. It hurts to eat them and I just removed all of them from my bottle because they are making all my other candies about as hot as the sun.

• We went back to the hotel and met up with everyone again (we sorta split up at the Gaudi house) and went to dinner. We walked around forever trying to find a place because we ended up in some other shopping district and Joe took us down a very sketchy part of the city and I was laughing my god. We eventually found a place and what I got was really good but some of the other people in the group didn’t like it too well.

• Then we went and got gelato (I got coconut this time) and it was delicious. The cone was sorta cinnamon flavor and it was really good. Oh and Aaron almost got pick pocketed and that was pretty funny as well.

After that we just hoped on the Metro and came back to the hotel and here we are. I got a ton of pictures today and tomorrow I’m sure all get way more. But yeah that was my day in a nutshell.
