Early to bed early to rise.
That saying is never true for me. When ever I go to bed early I almost need to sleep in later than usual. Like I fall into a deeper sleep because I am sleeping for a longer period of time. Then when I’ve only been asleep for 3 hours I usually wake up early. Or I should say not technically early in the morning more of an early for a person to wake up sort of deal. *Oh totally random side note I just found a piece of popcorn in my bra. I have no idea why that is in there at all.* Because I have only gotten a little bit of sleep and haven’t fully fallen asleep.
